Browse to the Event Summary page in the TalkPoint web application.
In the Event Details section, look for a link for Hive Information.
If the Hive Information link is not present, it's possible this Event has not been configured to use Hive. See the article How do I use Hive with TalkPoint.
For customers also new to the TalkPoint platform, it is important to verify they have completed TalkPoint's own requirements as described here.
